A court in Rajasthan has ordered the attachment of Bikaner House, owned by the Nokha municipal council, due to its failure to pay an arbitral award of Rs 50.31 lakh to Enviro Infra Engineers Private Limited. The district judge noted that the 2020 arbitral award had become final after the Nagar Palika's appeal was dismissed. The court found the council non-compliant with previous directives to disclose its assets and has prohibited any transfer of the property. A hearing is scheduled for November 29.
