A man was arrested in Noida for stealing a luxury car worth Rs 26 lakh by presenting a fake cheque clearance message. He and his wife frequently purchased luxury cars and sold them at lower prices for profit. The fraud was uncovered when the car dealership discovered the cheque had bounced. The couple had previously committed similar frauds with other luxury vehicles. While the husband, Rajdev, was arrested, his wife, Koyal, remains at large. Police are investigating their past transactions and suspect a larger network of fraud.
