India's first Oxygen Bird Park, located near Jamtha, Nagpur, spans 8 hectares and features over 8,000 plant species. Developed by the NHAI at a cost of Rs14.32 crore, the park aims to be a sanctuary for birds and an eco-tourist destination. It includes jogging tracks, an amphitheatre, and a Miyawaki forest. Union minister Nitin Gadkari emphasized the importance of combating pollution and preserving nature during the inauguration.
