

Pune's plan to establish a cancer treatment facility in Thergaon moves forward as a team of doctors from the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) visits hospitals in Ahmedabad and Surat to study a successful cancer hospital operating on a public-private partnership (PPP) model. The PCMC plans to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for running the 80-bed hospital on a PPP model by December.
